OUR RETURNS POLICY
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour if the following conditions are met;
- The item is returned in the same new, resellable condition it was sent to you in and has all the original brand packaging and materials (not to be confused with delivery packaging).
- If the item is faulty or damaged it must be through no fault of your own. Returned items can only be replaced or refunded if they have no signs of wear & tear and are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing error or damaged during delivery transit.
- If the item was checked as soon as it arrived to ensure it was in full working order and condition. We take great care to guarantee this is the case with every item before they are packaged and dispatched.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. All items are inspected upon return to us.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them as long as the above conditions are met.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns for underwear garments (other than socks) or swimwear, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
You will need to pay for the delivery of your returned items to us and the cost of delivering any exchanged items to you.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
