Omar Hassan is a pro skater. He was born on the 27th of September, in the year 1973 in Newport Beach in the state of California in the US of A. He stands at five feet, nine inches and weighs a stable one hundred and sixty pounds. He remains single to this day and has been a participant since the year 1987. A short five years later he went professional and joined other pro skaters in the circuit.

The eight X Games would be Omar Hassan’s 6th participation in this world competition and he plans to compete in three different disciplines. He has been known to improve his techniques at an amazing pace and has also been known to never stick to just one discipline.

Omar Hassan’s competitiveness shows in the number of competitions he has joined outside the X Games. In two years alone (2001 to 2002) he has joined twenty four competitions, nearly garnering good ranks in all. For the X Games he has joined more than eight times in different disciplines.

In an interview, Hassan emphasized that he does not wish to stick to any one discipline because doing so would result in stagnation. This shows Hassan’s drive to become a master of many disciplines- not just Vert but even High Air.
